The Fudge Everything Cloud Cake

2 C heavy cream
1 Jar Fudge Sauce
2 C powdered sugar
1 T powdered sugar
2 C Flour + 2 Tablespoons
In a mixer, gently combine the cream and fudge sauce. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Sprinkle with sliced almonds (optional).
Dust your cupcake or cakes with powdered sugar once cooled!
Cupcakes: 15-17 minutes
(1) 8" cake: 20-25 minutes
S'Mores Puff Pastry Tart
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm or your favorite brand)
2 jars Fudge Everything!
1 cup crushed Graham Crackers
2 cups mini marshmallows
Optional: raspberries or strawberries for color
Thaw frozen pastry according to package directions and then bake until just puffed and not quite browned (about 10 minutes)
Microwave 1 jar fudge sauce so that it will spread nicely on warm pastry (about 25 seconds). Be generous!
Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs and then bake until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned.
While the pastry is baking, warm the second jar of Fudge Everything! until it is hot an easy to pour (approx 25 seconds)
Once marshmallows are puffy and brown, remove pastry from oven. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the pastry and use a toothpick to swirl the sauce and the marshamallows together.
Cool, slice and dig in!
